The Multi-Sensory Therapy Room

Through the generous sponsorship of B Braun Medical Supplies Sdn. Bhd., KDISC is now equipped with a new children's play and therapy room !

The Multi-Sensory Therapy Room is an interactive, exciting and therapeutic experience for kids with disabilities.

Painted with colourful pictures and designs, the walls of the room are also three-dimensional : you can look at it, touch it, feel it, pull it, play with it, smell it and even make sounds with it!. Even the floors, toys and soft furnishings are textured. Designed with learning disabilities in mind, the room stimulates the senses while making sure that all elements are kid-safe.

In line with B Braun's motto of 'Sharing Expertise', the room is also stocked with therapy and relaxation toys and equipment for children with disabilities. Parents and therapists can come to KDISC to use our equipment and facilities for therapy sessions with their children. Or your kid can be given an activity while waiting as you browse through our disability library and resource centre.

• Musical instruments and equipment for Music Therapy
• Art materials and tools for Art Therapy
