•  To provide easy access to disability resources and services available in Malaysia

•  To provide support and give assistance to persons with a disability and their families

•  To make available the most comprehensive disability library in Malaysia

•  To network together all organizations, groups, professionals and service providers involved
    with disabilities in Malaysia

•  To form an online disability database and community accessible 24 hours a day

•  To provide services and assistance as required

•  To increase public awareness of disabilities and impairments

•  To increase public awareness of disability resources available in Malaysia
